Deleting a payment

I have followed instruction regarding deleting a payment but when I get to the 'payment' page I am not given the option to just delete the payment just to delete all?

I'm assuming you're talking about PAY and REC type of invoices. In that case you cannot delete them individually because they do not have an unpaid status. That would mean that you have to delete them all and recreate them.
