Bank Feeds

Just tried to connect to the new bank feeds and found that my bank, Clydesdale, is not yet supported. Do you know when/if this will change.

Hi Ruth,

We have made the switch from Yodlee's screen scraping as a result of the PSD2 legislation enforced by the FCA. This means that it is not legally possible for us to use screen scraping. We have moved to open banking now as the method for our bank feeds as this was required and also gives our customers a better quality of service.

Our open banking partner is ready to support the open banking APIs once Clydesdale bank has their API ready, at which point support for the feed should go live.

I can log into the HSBC business account, it goes through and then says you have no accounts and returns with an error.

I have cheeked by logging into the bank directly and the passwords work and i have accounts

whats happening?

Hi Zulqar,

I am afraid that with HSBC, this is a known issue with the latest version of their online banking APIs that they are currently working to fix. In the meantime I would advise the use of CSV imports.
