Attempting to set up bank feed with NatWest

Question asked by Christine Welby 5 years ago

Every time I try to reconnect the disconnected feed with NatWest I get a message saying Incorrect Credentials Entered. At this point in time I don't want to risk being locked out of my account as I know I won't be able to get through to the bank on the phone. Is Yodlee not set up to deal with NatWest accounts anymore?

Hi Christine,

Interesting. In that case it should be working. Can I ask you to raise this as a support ticket by emailing contact support and labelling for my attention. I can investigate this for you further.

All the best,

Mohamed.

Hi Christine,

Are you doing this for a Natwest personal, business or bankline account?

All the best,

Mohamed.

Hi Mohamed. My two business bank accounts. I have checked the permissions on my online banking account and I can see that Plaid has been accepted.

Thank you very much, Mohamed. I will do.

Hi Christine,

Thank you. Speak to you soon.

You still need to LINK the accounts to your CB bank accounts after the Plaid acceptance

Hi Gordon,

An excellent point to make! That is a common issue that can lead to a feed appearing to not work!

All the best,

Mohamed.

Thanks Gordon. That is a good point – I was confused! Mohamed very kindly managed to get this sorted for me yesterday. If anyone else has an issue with NatWest, you need to log in via a private browsing window.

Hi Christine,

That is correct. It can work to resolve this issue at present. We are investigating with our partners what causes the issue as well so that it can be even easier to set up your feeds.

All the best,

Mohamed.
