Backup before closing an Account in CB

One of our clients is looking to close down their business. We would like to take a backup of all of the information prior to closing the account in CB.

Does anyone have any guidance on how to take a backup and any other useful reports that can be kept for posterity?

Hi Karen,

I am not entirely sure. I would advise raising this as a support query by emailing contact support and I can then investigate this for you further.

Thanks Mohamed for such a speedy response.

Unfortunately, the only option under "Tools" is "Journals". There is no other option for "Export". I have also checked all of the other tabs and their options and no "Export"? Any ideas...

Hi Karen,

This sounds like you do not have the access permissions to see the feature. I would ask your main contact to provide the permission or do the export themselves.

we are the main contact and this is CBE can we not do a backup
