Hi,
At what times do the 4 bank feeds occur? I have a transaction on my HSBC account that hasn't come through yet and my last bank feed was at 5.22pm yesterday? Is it possible to force a bank feed?

If you are having issues with your bank feed, I would advise raising this with us as a ticket so that we can investigate further and assist where we can.

I'm afraid it isn't possible for us to tell you what times the feeds refresh at as this is done via an automatic system the banks use to load balance the traffic that they receive to their systems and so varies. As for forcing a refresh. It is not possible to do this I'm afraid. I do apologise.
