Holiday requests

Why would one of my managers not be receiving notifications about their staff holiday requests

I have checked that she is assigned their manager and her contact email address thanks ??

Hi Candice,

I am not entirely sure, is the correct email set for the manager? I would have to look at the account to tell you more. I would suggest raising this as a ticket by emailing contact support.
