Bank Feed - Not Updated since 17th November, how long will reauthentication take?

Hi

I noticed our bank feed has stopped happening. I did the 'reauthentication' process. How long will it be before I see whether that's worked? If reauthentication does not work what is the next step?

I am afraid that Metro bank feeds are down and the bank is investigating at present. Please see the status page below for more details and to remain updated.

I have the same issue and am waiting for over 2 weeks for transactions to be reported through. Any chance of an update on here rather than always having to check the status page which has not been updated for a week

I am afraid the reason the status page has not been updated is that there is no update to share. This is still with the bank and there is no ETA. We would advise checking the status page as this would be the first place we will place updated information.

Still waiting for metro bank feed to update since 24 Nov. Its ok being all full of apologies but we are paying for a service and you are not providing it. Don't care whether it's your fault or not, its not ours.

What are clearbooks doing to progress this issue with Metro Bank - it's extremely irritating and puts me off continuing to use clearbooks
