Payroll - Other Income and Deductions

How can I add a bonus or deduct a charge to an employee? I run and it ust applies the barebones of monthly salary and taxes etc. I cannot see how to alter the bonuses... Any help?

If you click on the text link that says process it will take you to another screen that will allow you to apply further payments.
