I enter a reference number following the date of invoice for each invoice. For some reason the previous reference number(s) are no longer listed. This is my check that I am not repeating the same reference number and also that I am not going out of sequence.

Why can I no longer see the previous numbers in the sequence.

Hi Paul,

This feature is apart of the browser's autocomplete function. We have disabled this function on the invoice creation page as it was leading to data integrity issues. When users' were using the browsers back button, we were unable to detect the auto-fill values and update the numbers.

In this case, you will have to refer to the Sales > Invoices page, where you can see the last invoice number and reference.
