Create Invoice & Create Bills

For no reason my customers and regular suppliers no longer appear once I try to create an invoice or a bill and I am having to enter manually. Why has this changed ?

Hi Martin,

As a software provider, we must continue developing our software to meet the latest browser updates. It appears our latest changes have affected browsers that have not been updated in 2+ years. In this case, to resolve the issue, you will need to update your browser, alternatively, you can switch to a different browser that must also be up to date.

We are looking at a potential solution that might enable compatibility with older browser versions, and we will update this thread if we are able to find one. However, for those that are able to update to the latest browser version, we would strongly advise to do so.

Was there any notice of these changes being made, I cant find any notification of this !

Hi Martin,

As these are mandatory updates to support the majority of users on updated browsers, we did not notify users of this. Our Developers have released a workaround to support older browsers. We may also be looking to implement notifications to gently remind users to update outdated browsers.
