Setting up MTD and Bank Account link

I am currently evaluating Clear Books. Can I please ask if setting up MTD and linking it to my bank account will give HMRC the ability to view my bank account entries?

Hi Ian,
No, the bank feeds will just automatically import your bank transactions for you to reconcile in your Clear Books account. And when you make a MTD submission, it will be the figures you'd normally fill in on their SA103/SA105 form that get sent to HMRC.
