VAT Control anomaly

Hello I have just submitted my VAT return and there is a build up of £460.51 which appears every quarter since I registered for VAT. I think this occurred because of a mix up with reclaimed VAT which was sorted out with HMRC, but this difference appears every quarter since.

How can I get rid of this and balance my VAT so it is correct.
