payments duplicated in my bank feed

Hi there
my feed from bank shows duplicate income payments. is this a system bug, how does it get resolved
Hi Melissa,
Unfortunately, Co-Op Business bank feeds are currently experiencing an issue with duplicate transactions. The bank has acknowledged this and are working on a fix, expected in Quarter 4 of 2025.
In the meantime, you must either manually delete the duplicate transactions, or to disable the bank feed and manually import csv bank statements, please see: How to import statement file
