EPS help

new employer here trying to run my first payroll on this software but is asking for a EPS to be submitted, it keeps throwing it back at me saying I have not been invited to submit this submission type? my figures are all 0 as I only started as an employer in September. I started with HMRC basic payroll but my laptop died so I've had to switch software as well. I have no idea what I am doing and pay day is getting closer and I'm worried I will get HMRC on my back as well.
