Etsy/Shopify Commission fees

Hi There

I am really confused and hope someone can help.

All of my revenue comes from Etsy and Shopify sales, however the revenue that shows in my bank account is obviously not my gross income, it is the amount after Etsy has taken commission or Shopify has deducted payment processing fees. How on earth can I reconcile this simply please?

I get payments from both revenue streams pretty much daily.
