Not sure if I'm able to bulk explain transactions? For example selecting all income transactions and bulk explaining them as generic income rather than going one by one?

Hi William,
Transactions can only be bulked explained through the import rule feature which searches transaction descriptions based on the specified text in the search criteria.
On the Free plan, import rules are created automatically when you manually explain bank transactions. However, full customisation and setting up your own import rules is available on the Sole Trader and Sole Trader VAT paid plan.
