How do I stop Clearbooks automatically explaining transactions

Hi There,

I have 2 accounts set up for myself and my partner. I use clear books for the make tax digital requirements as we are landlords for the same two properties.

Clear books has very cleverly started to automatically explain bank transactions as they are downloaded from my bank account, however I need to split each transaction to allocated to an account code and then 50% to the drawings account so that the costs are shared between myself and my partner.

Therefore the automatic allocations have to be undone each time, so that I can correctly split out each transaction to the correct code and the drawings account.

Is there a way that I can stop clear books automatically explaining the bank transactions so that I can do this manually?

I tried to do what ChatGPT suggested but I am not sure if the settings options are restricted.
