I do not want to link my bank account. Is it a requirement from HMRC?

I let a property via a letting agent who does most things for me. I do not have to invoice anyone. Can I just ignore the bank link ?

Hi Linda,

Yes, you can ignore linking the bank feed, this is optional. In this case, you can just use the Manually Record Income and Expense buttons on the dashboard.
