View invoices and other

I have so many questions!

  1. how can I view invoices that I have sent?
    1. Am I right in thinking that if I use bank explain, then this doesn't automatically record who has settled their invoice?
    2. But if I raise an invoice as well as use bank explain, would that record the payment twice?
    3. Almost all of my customers are invoiced for the same amount on the same day. Don't suppose there is a way to do them all at once, not each one manually?
    4. On the 'reports' page I can see the reports but the download as csv/pdf button is greyed out. Why would that be? Thank you very much!

Hi Kathryn,

  1. You can view the invoices you've sent under Dashboard > Income > Click on All. Any sent invoices will show a blue envelope on the right of the invoice.

  2. Correct, if you use the bank explain, you can explain the transaction which will create a receipt or you can allocate it against an unpaid invoice, please see: How to explain income and expenses on an imported statement

  3. No, you can create an invoice, then explain the transaction by allocating this against the invoice, please see Section 7 of the above guide.

  4. No, you will need to explain these transactions manually on the bank statement.

  5. Can I confirm which report you are referring to please?
