Hi, my subscription says I can upload invoices in pdf format and scan bills but I cannot find it in the Purchase section. Could you please help me with that please? Thanks in advance! Kind regards, Aneta
Hi Aneta,
I have taken a look and can see you are on the Small subscription plan. This plan does not include the Auto Bills feature. To access this, you must head to Purchases > Bills Inbox > Try it free. The subscription for this will then be £15+VAT per month.

We have noticed you had upgraded from the Sole Trader plan to the Small plan. I have spoken with our Management team who are happy to add the Auto Bills feature free of charge indefinitely as a gesture of goodwill.
I will let you know once we have applied the discount.

Hi Tommy, that is not correct. 5 weeks ago we had a chat about multiple email addresses please see the link: https://secure.clearbooks.co.uk/community/questions/28004/multiple-email-addresses and at the end of it I agreed to update to the Small plan with the then promotion of half price £7.50+VAT per month for 3 months and then £15+vat. You confirmed that it was updated and indeed I can now use multiple addresses so I'm a bit confused now. Could you please check and let me know and then lead me where I can upload the pdf invoices and scan bills please? Thank you and kind regards, Aneta
