Closing weekly pay once completed?

Hi all, In previous payroll products, our weekly pay was auto locked once we have reported RTI. Our pay day is Fridays, I reported RTI today (Thursday evening) and the week is still open to do as I wish? This is our first week of using Clearbooks Payroll. Thus far, it's very good, easy to manage and enter data and get the correct figures etc. Is it not locking because the date currently is not the "pay date", which is tomorrow, Friday?

Hi Richard,

Clear Books payroll does not lock a week after processing. You will always see the undo button beside the latest week's payslips which will allow users to amend payslips. However, you will not see the undo button for preceding periods as you can only make amendments by undoing the latest week backwards.
