Hello, I am a landlord of 3 properties. I manage each through a different bank account. If I set up feeds for these 3 bank accounts how do I link each one to the relevant property? Thank you.

In this case, when explaining the transactions from the bank statement, you should be able to select the property it relates to in the Property field. For example:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a default property per bank statement.

Sorry, one other question on this. When setting up the feed it asks me to link it to a bank account. Do I need to do this? What happens if I don't? And I'm not sure what bank account it's asking me to link to? Thank you

Yes, you will need to link it to the bank account set up in Clear Books, this will allow the feed to import transactions into the linked account.

Thanks Tommy. Can I have more than one Clear Books bank account? (Thinking I could link each of my three bank accounts to a seperate Clear Books account, or is that not possible?)
Also the Clear Books account is asking me for details (bank account number etc) - not sure what I'm supposed to put there? I have just left it blank and it seems to link to my bank feeds anyway.
Currently I have feeds from 3 bank accounts (one for each property) linking to a ClearBooks account.

Yes you can. I have taken a look and can see you have set up 3 different bank accounts on your Property business and they are all linked via the bank feed. If you want to send invoices to customers from Clear Books, you can input your bank details which will then show on the invoices.
