Clear Books cannot access your MTD for Income Tax information

This is what i get when authorising clear books :

You cannot use Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Our records show you cannot use Making Tax Digital for Income Tax.

This could be because you:

haven’t submitted a tax return within the last 2 years. You can sign up after you have submitted your first tax return have never submitted a tax return are insolvent This is not the case . i can access mtd thriugh the gov gateway.
