You do not have an active subscription for Clear Books.

Just wondering if anybody else has had this. Occassionally when I am looking at my MTD tax return I get this displayed on screen ' You do not have an active subscription for Clear Books.' - if I ignore it and resubmit my request to look at the tax return it usually allows me to, is this a bug in the system or is there a problem with my subscription ?

Hi Graham,

This is a display issue our Technical team are aware of and will be resolving this is the near future.

Rest assured, I can confirm there is no issue with your subscription.

Just a quick update, our Technical team have released a fix for this display issue and should no longer occur.
