Do you have hmrc compatible software to file a SA800 Partnership return as apparently I have to use commercial software for this. I do not see your company listed on HMRC Website for this. I have subscribed to your package, so ideally would like to use it. Please advise. Thank you
Hi Donna,
Clear Books does not currently have a feature to file an SA800 Partnership return. Our software is designed to support individual self-employment and property income under the Making Tax Digital for Income Tax, rather than the specific requirements for partnership tax returns.
However, an individual's partner's income from a partnership, must be included in your MTD Tax Return if you are signed up to MTD. HMRC have only recently built the API for recording this income. We will be adding individual partnership income to the year end MTD Tax Return.
