I want to submit my tax return as I am due a rebate. Will there be a link via my Clearbooks account or do I just log in to HMRC and transfer the information manually?

No problem at all and yes this will act as your tax return. You do not require to submit another one via the Gov website.

The MTD Tax Return account is available for the current tax year to preview estimates and consolidate data. However, the final end-of-year submission feature is currently in development as we collaborate with HMRC's system updates. We will provide an announcement when the final submission feature is fully ready to use.

When is it going to be available, I thought it was going to be 28th May
Sorry to keep asking but I've now submitted this so does this act as my tax return or do I still need to log on to .GOV and still do one?

Best answerHi I followed instructions to send tax return via clearbooks but there is no record of it on the government website and I can't get back into it to re send it. This is very frustrating.
My HMRC status on Clearbooks says fulfilled 1st June but HMRC haven't received it
Hi Richard. The HMRC status is fetched from your HMRC account directly and displayed in Clear Books. Therefore your tax return has been received by HMRC.
If you are are not seeing the final tax calculation in your HMRC online account then this is an HMRC issue. However, we can contact them on your behalf to get the issue investigated.
Can you use the help icon (top right when logged into a Clear Books business) to send a direct message to support, with screenshots of your HMRC online account showing that they haven't received your MTD Tax return and that there is no final tax amount shown there please?
It is now showing in HMRC. No idea why it wasn't before
