hi!
the user who created our clearbooks account is no longer in the company, but I can't delete him or change his role neither from his own account nor from mine. My user is an admin too.
how should I proceed?

Hi Xavi,
Would it be possible to send this as a question to support while logged in as the main user? We can update the group owner of the account for you, it can't currently be done within the system.
