Can I change the VAT treatment for an invoice?

I have customers who are in the EU and outside the EU. Does ClearBooks handle different VAT treatments?

Thanks for contacting Clear Books support.

To change the VAT treatment on invoices you would need to do the following:

Navigate to Settings > Toggle Features, select VAT & Bank Import Tool, tick Reverse Charge & EC Rates

You will now notice a VAT Treatment drop-down option on the invoice creation form.
