Invoice numbers

how I would go about changing the Invoice Reference number on Clearbooks? I’ve set the reference on the individual invoice as WF007, but the Invoice Number at the top of the page preview and at the bottom under payment advice reads INV0WF007. Is there any way of getting rid of the INV0?

Hi Danny,

To change the 'INV' of the invoice to something of your choice head to Settings > Invoice themes > Preferences and change the Sales Invoice Prefix to whatever you need it to be. If you leave it blank it will default to 'INV'.
