separate account for donors

It has been several years since I used any accounting software. I need to keep track of income and expenditure allocated against four different donors. How do I set this up?

Hello Terence,

The best way to do this is to have each donor as a Project. This can be turned on with the guide below.

When you make the project, it will be for the 4 donors. When making invoices and bills, you will be have the ability to assign to one customer but have it connected to the overall donor. You can generate comparison reports on the project by going to Tools > Projects > Report.
