Adding Users

Hi i am currently running a Trial on Clearbooks, and have tried to add extra user so my staff can check it out, i add the user and it sends the authorization email, but the email is blank.

Is this a fault or am i going about this all wrong.

Can anyone advise.

Sorry Peter,

That sounds odd - the invite email is definitely not meant to be blank. Would it be possible to forward the email received to support AT clearbooks.co.uk?

i too have this problem when i invite users. can somebody take a look at this
