VAT on good purchased

we are not VAT registered but pay vat on good purchased when i create a bill for puchased good that we pay vat on it comes up with the message VAT scheme not set up for this date,

You have turned on the correct feature but you will need to add the VAT scheme of Not VAT Registered.
Please go to Settings > Organisation > Details and then Tax on the right.
Please set the information for your non-VAT registered business. This will allow you to use the function.
