Hi Gordon, I have had a look at your account and I can't see it doing this. Would you be able to send in a screenshot of what is happening via email at all please? The address is contact support

Hi Chris - it does it in mine too, weird never noticed it before.
As it happens I always have CBs running in different tabs or windows and so have the community on one and Clear Books on another, but Gordon's right, this shouldn't happen.

I see what you mean now. It does it once you go back into the main Clear Books account from Community. I'll speak with the dev's and see what they say.
OK... So, I have spoken with the dev's and this looks like a bug. I've logged it and they will work on it as soon as they can. What we would like to suggest is that everyone keeps an eye on their accounts, so that you do not accidentally find yourself in the demo account and have data you cannot transfer over. I've tested this and it actually is the case with all the other applications too, not just Community. It reverts to demo when returning from Payroll and StaffRoom also.
We don't have the ability to put a warning message out there, so hopefully, everyone will come across this Community post.
