Unable to delete customers?

The button doesn't come up as noted in the help guide?
Can anyone assist with this?
Hello Ryan,
If there are transactions associated with the customer then you won't be able to delete them.
If the customer has been duplicated, then you could merge the two contacts together instead of deleting one. To do this head to Sales > Customers > All, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the merge contacts button and choose your two customers in the following page to merge together.
