Quotations and Invoices

Question asked by Russell Kenworthy 10 years ago

Can you show a site address or project address as well as the customer address on Invoice and quotations?

Hi Russell,

I had a look at your invoice template and it appeared that both your company address and customer address is shown on your invoices. Navigate to Sales > Invoices > All and select one of your invoices. Then click on the PDF button, shown on the right top of the screen. Here you will see the address details of the company and customer. However, it is still possible to add or get rid of any information.

I noticed that your current theme is one of the built-in themes. To customize any templates you will have to use one under the tab My Themes in order to be able to edit any details. Please head to Settings > Invoice Themes > My Themes and select the edit pencil. Here you see the invoice options that can be edited (please note that if you would like to use this theme for all your invoices, click on 'Set as default').

See the picture below to show you the edit option.

Hi Russell,

Both site address and customer address can be shown on invoices. If you navigate to Settings > Invoice Themes > All, you have the ability to select which information you want to be shown on your invoice and, if required, add more information to it by clicking on the edit button (not possible in the Built in Themes). To create a new theme which allows you to edit information and customize your invoices to your preferences, just simply navigate to Settings > Invoice Themes > Create.

The following example will show you the site address and a customers address.
