VAT invoice for Clearbooks monthly subscription

Hi,

I am doing the bookkeeping for a client and their subscription is paid monthly by DD. Is their VAT on this monthly subscription and if so where do I get a VAT invoice from?

Hi Elaine.

Yes there's VAT present.

Head to Home > Subscription > Payment Settings > Payment History.

I followed the instructions above and when I get to the payment settings tab there isn;t an option to select payment history?

Hi Nicola,

Make sure you are logged in to your Partner account (using the drop down at the top right of the screen).

If you still have any problems just let me know.

Hi I'm encountering the same problem as Nicola.

There is no payment history and no way o downloading or printing a "Clearbooks" invoice. Any suggestions please?
