Making a redundancy payments

I'm in the unfortunate position of having to make a member of staff redundant - how do I make a payment that is not subject to tax?

Hi Gilly,

Unfortunately there currently is no feature in place for making redundancy payments. This is however a feature that is being considered for implementation in the near future. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
