Is there any facility for producing a Work in Progress Valuation Report from Open Projects and exporting this to csv or Excel? ....... and can this be calculated historically?
We record our labour, purchases and expenses to projects but need to produce WIP report monthly to review our margins as well as review individual project performance

Hello Darren,
You will be able to do this but it will be on a project by project basis.
Please go to Reports > Financials > Profit and Loss. You will be able to set the project and then the date range required. This will bring up every account code used for that period however which will assist with the figures that you need.
When you do this, you will be able to download this as a CSV file.

That's a pretty long winded way of producing what should be a standard report for a system which has Project records and analysis as a feature!
Any plans to develop any reporting in this area?
Is it possible to access the data to write our own query reports?
