I need to be able to pay my suppliers once a month by fast pay or BACS through NatWest Bankline, this requirees me to do a payment run (some of my suppliers can have in excess of 50 invoices) send a remittance advice by email stating which invoices are on the payment and then export a batch text file to be imported to Bankline. Can this be done because if it cant the program will not suit most of my clients.

Currently, there is no function on Clear Books which will let you export your supplier information in order to make a payment submission via Bankline.
We have a similar option named CashFlows where you will be able to do something similar.
