My fault...for posting on wrong subject.. the problem we have is if a purchase dated 30th November is posted it shows up as a posting in December not in November.. Example PUR003759

Hi Graeme,
I am sorry for the problems this has been causing you. This is actually a known issue which was affecting our system and has now been resolved. However, the fix implemented will only prevent this from occurring on newly created bills and invoices, for those already in the system you will have to press Edit > Update within the item and this will then ensure that the accrual date is removed.

Don't suppose you're able to provide a screenshot of the bill?
If I go to profit and loss for December 2014 posted figures should be in November.. The transactions that were posted in December that pertain to November are showing in the December posting - all of them... We have not posted anything that should be in the December 2014 P and L at the moment - we need to sort this before we can start the December posting..

Are your bills using accrual dates as highlighted? If so, what date is showing on the bill(s)?

If you don't need to use accrual dates you can turn them off by heading to Settings > Toggle > Accounting > Accrual Dates
