Hello Malcolm,

You will need to enter the leaving date for the employee and then process payroll as usual.

Enter the date first because when you go to process the FPS, the status of the leaver will be stated to HMRC.

The basic pay will be updated accordingly, unless you want to manually change the basic pay for the final month.
