First accounting period

So when I signed up CB automatically set my start date to 12 months ago. This isn't what I need, I need it to be 1/7/14 but when I try to change it CB tells me that "Start date must be an earlier date than other reporting periods." and, of course, CB won't let me delete the original (default) period......

What now?

Hi John,

Use the delete icon under the options column and delete all the reporting periods so that you are only left with one:

file

Then use the edit icon under the options column:

file

to edit the first reporting period to the dates you actually need:

file
