Importing PayPal transactions

I've set up the API according to the instructions, all be it that PayPal didn't ask me to specify a currency and have twice attempted to import all transactions from 1st July 2014. Both times the request to import appeared to have been accepted but having waited until the next hour, I don't seem to have any transactions or a PayPal balance. Neither can I see any error report or even evidence that the import request was made.

Anybody got any ideas how I might debug the process or what I might be doing wrong?

Hi John,

Were there no automated emails received regarding the import? It could be a technical issue - I will ask out development team to investigate further and let you know.

Also if your Paypal account has several different currencies you will need to set up a Paypal account for each currency in Clear Books. First you will need to toggle on multi currency on the Settings > Organisation > Toggle Features menu

Then create a new Paypal account for each currency required on the Money > Bank accounts menu, and set up each of these accounts with the appropriate Account email.
