How do I change my subscription details?

I currently pay my subscription to Clearbooks by debit card. I would like to change this card, or, for example, switch to gocardless.

I have looked through all the places I would expect to find this option but cannot find it anywhere.

All I can find is how to cancel my subscription - which I do not want to do.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Hi Pete,

If you navigate Home > Subscription you will now be able to update your subscription payment method.

Hi Pete,

We would need to revert you to a trial subscription to allow you to resubscribe using GoCardless. Please do let me know if you would like this to be actioned, if so please could you provide me with your company name.
