Hello Samaira,
You can make a transfer from one bank account to another in Clearbooks by heading to Money > Bank Accounts and clicking on the transfer button next to the bank account that you want the money to go out of (limited company bank account). Then in the following pages, enter the amount, description and select the bank account that you want the money to go into (personal account).
Transfers between bank accounts will happen instantly.

Are you using Clear Books to run your payroll? If so, once finalised a bill will be created in your name which then just needs paying in the usual fashion (no transfer needed).
Alternatively, you may be processing all personal items through your directors' account. If so, it would be a transfer between your bank a/c and the DLA. If you don't understand what a DLA is or how it works i'd suggest speaking to an accountant, it's quite pivotal to the running of a limited company.
