Hello Lee,

The easiest way to edit customers is to head to Sales > Customers > All and then use the edit icon on the right hand side of the page to individually edit each customer.

I'm afraid exporting the customers, editing them and then importing them would not work. This is because the system would attempt to import them as duplicates and therefore block the import from taking place.

If you were to export the customers, then reset your customer list in the Settings > Getting Started > Reset area then this would unlink all of your customers from your invoices already in the system so therefore that wouldn't work either.
