If I end my Clearbooks subscription, and I still able to view data that's already been input from pervious years ?, or is all access to it cut off ?

As soon as you close the subscription you will no longer have access to the account as per our T&Cs:

You can indeed download all the data from Tools>Export - however do this before you close the account.
