How much does it cost to add extra users to a specific account or are they free of charge?
Also I am registered as a partner and want to grant access to one of my collegaues so they can view our clients' accounts - is there are a charge for this or is this free?

Hello Cally,

You will not be charged for extra users, there is no limit to the number of users you can have on your account.

Likewise, you can invite your colleague to your partner account and then allow them to have access to the clients you want.
