Recurring Frequency - 3 weeks

Can we have the option for recurring invoices generated once every 3 weeks?
This is where the recurring invoice is setup to generate every 3 weeks.

I'd like to see '3 years' as an option. One of our services is SSL certificates, which can be purchased in 3 year instalments. '2 years' is already there.
It should be pretty trivial to add some extra intervals?
3 weeks 6 weeks 3 years
We need 'twice a year'!

Currently the system has set intervals, however if this is something other users would like to have we can look into it.
