Gocardless - hide link on statement?

Hi

We have GoCardless enabled on our clearbooks account. It's useful but only occasionally. I don't want the GoCardless link to appear on all statements – it encourages clients to pay by GoCardless which takes about a week to clear, when we prefer for clients to pay by internet bank transfer which is immediate and free. This is especially important to us as many of our jobs don't start until the initial payment is received.

Can the GoCardless link be hidden from the statement? I'd prefer to do this on a per customer basis (ie I manually select which customers / invoices should be allowed to be paid by the GoCardless payment method)

Hi Dan

You might want to re-post this as an "idea" to see whether others like it?

In the meantime, as the facility is only used occasionally, how about switching off Gocardless in Toggles, then, for anyone who still wants to pay like this, organise a payment request directly from your Gocardless login?
